Full Disclosure Policy Program was envisioned by Secretary Robredo that requires local officials of provinces, cities, and municipalities to fully disclose particular financial transactions of the LGU to keep their constituents informed of how the LGU budget is managed, disbursed and used to ensure transparency, accountability and totally prevent corruption and misuse of public funds. Furthermore, these financial documents are posted and updated regularly and can be viewed in the DILG internet portal. Aside from the portal this can be viewed in the LGU website www.oroquietacity.gov.ph and other conspicuous places like city hall, barangay hall, transport terminal, public market and other government owned facilities as provided by law.
